The problem of the additional construction of the Ollino Hotel in Malang City continues to roll. After calling the Integrated Licensing Service Agency (BP2T) and the Satpol PP of Malang City some time ago, the results obtained were that it was true that the hotel did not have a permit for additional construction. After receiving clarification from the two SKPDs, Commission A immediately sent a letter of summons to the Ollino Hotel.
Tuesday (27/12) the hotel fulfilled the summons of the people's representatives. However, the one who came and fulfilled the summons of Commission A of the Malang City DPRD was not the head of the Ollino Hotel, Gunawan Tjokrohadi, but the hotel's general manager, Arif Sidarta who was accompanied by 2 hotel staff.
According to the statement from the hotel management representative, their leader is in Taiwan. In the meeting, the Ollino hotel could not explain in detail and still has not found a solution, because the one who has the authority regarding hotel problems is the leader.
That was conveyed by the Chairman of Commission A, Arif Wahyudi to reporters when met in his office. However, the PKB politician confirmed that the addition of the construction of the Ollino Hotel did not have a permit and the construction had been stopped since several days ago.
The reason the hotel does not have a permit, he said, is because there are still RT, RW, and village heads who have not signed the agreement regarding this matter. Likewise regarding the compensation proposed or that will be offered to residents of RT 02 RW 04 Kiduldalem Village, Klojen District, Malang City, Arif admitted that the hotel management who fulfilled the summons today also had no clarity. "The reason was the same when asked about the permit. This is not their authority," he explained.
Regarding the complexity of this problem, Commission A will call the residents' representatives again to ask for a real explanation. So that what Commission A knows is not only from the Hotel. Based on information from the Ollino Hotel management who came today, the hotel management will come or return to Malang on January 10, 2012.
"We will still summon the head of the Ollino hotel after he is in Malang. After there is information that the head of the hotel (Gunawan Tjokrohadi_ed) is confirmed to be in Malang, we will immediately send a summons letter)," continued Arif.
In this case, he continued, wisdom is needed between both parties so that all these problems can be resolved well. "Don't be stubborn and claim to be the most correct. So that later no parties will be harmed. We will also try our best so that all this can be resolved soon," he concluded. (say/dmb)
