"With this AMK, civil servants can obtain any information and services related to personnel, such as health, discipline, salary, etc. To obtain the desired data, civil servants simply enter their Employee Registration Number (NIP) on the AMK machine that uses a touch screen system," said Wahyu.
If there is incomplete or invalid data, he continued, the relevant civil servant can clarify and complete it through BKD. "With the existence of this AMK, it is expected to provide services and convenience to civil servants in the Malang City Government in obtaining data and information, so that later their performance will also increase," added Wahyu.
In the future, he said, if possible, this AMK will be installed in each SKPD in the Malang City Government. In addition, in 2012, this AMK can also be used for civil servant promotions. "If it is already functioning for promotion, then civil servants no longer need to come to Surabaya to complete the promotion requirements. The lack of requirements can be via email," he continued.
Wahyu further explained, another convenience when the AMK machine functions for promotion, then civil servants can also change their own passwords. "For now, to login user and password using NIP.
