Wasto added that the management with investors from Germany had been submitted to the central government since early 2012. Currently, the blueprint for waste management from the Ministry of Public Works (KemenPU) and the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) has been completed.
"The new blueprint was submitted to the President to be signed. We don't know when the president signed it," said Wasto.
If it has been signed, he said, then all that remains is to wait for the grant fund disbursement process. "When will the integrated management begin? We are still waiting for the results of the blueprint submitted to the president," explained Wasto.
