However, there are still problems here and there regarding the distribution of Raskin. Finally, the question arises, who should receive Raskin? The poorest people should receive Raskin. With TNP2K data, problems are still often found in the field.

Likewise, the distribution that has not been evenly distributed, was also acknowledged by Iqbal. "We cannot be sure that there are no irregularities. Although for reasons of equality, sometimes the allocation is not in accordance with the data. This is where the difficulty lies for Perum Bulog," he explained.
Regarding the amount of Raskin rice that must be received by the poor, Iqbal explained, the amount is 15 kg/month per family. While the price is Rp 1600/kg. "If in the field there is an increase/change in price between Rp 1800-2000, this is a common thing," he said.
From the change in the price of raskin, he said, because it has been accumulated with the cost of transportation. "This is where people sometimes cannot distinguish between price and cost.
