"By undergoing various socialization and training of ICT (Information and Communication Technology), in the future there should be no SKPD that has the excuse of not being able to serve the public with ICT base anymore. Cipto added, information technology is always developing, therefore it is very important to carry out activities like this continuously. He asked all IT managers in the SKPD environment in Malang City to follow this activity until it is finished.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Malang City Communication and Information Service, Dra. Tri Widyani P., M.Si said that with the increasing development of Malang City's public services using the system online very important to continue to be developed. Therefore, all SKPD of Malang City are required to be able to use or operate the latest ICT so that they can be faster and better in serving the community.

Yani added that with this activity, it is hoped that it can further realize the determination of Malang City to be able to improve online services based on ICT.
