After the Mother's Day Commemoration ceremony in the yard of Malang City Hall yesterday, Monday (22/12), it was continued with launching licensing services using the mobile car of the Integrated Licensing Service Agency (BP2T) of Malang City. As a public service provider in the licensing sector, BP2T Malang City continues to innovate in order to improve the quality of service.

One of the innovations carried out is the provision of licensing services using mobile cars that have been tested on December 15-18, 2014 at the Arjosari Terminal and at the Landungsari Terminal on December 22-24 starting at 09.00 WIB until 14.00 WIB. The licensing services served using the mobile service car are all types of services handled by BP2T.

Malang Mayor, H. Moch. Anton said that the permits that can be served by this car include building permits, disturbance permits, construction service business permits, and others. For economic licensing services include advertising installation permits, route permits, transportation business permits, trade business permits, industrial registration marks, industrial business permits, industrial expansion permits, printing business permits, and so on.

Tourism and socio-cultural licensing services include tourism business registration certificates, permits to use burial land, permits to use burial land, permits to use regional assets, permits for public gatherings or spectacles, and operational permits for veterinary medical service businesses.

"With the service that mobile devices This is expected to make it easier for the residents of Malang City. And they no longer need to come to Block Office (Integrated Office, ed.) located on Jl. Mayjen Sungkono. We provide outreach services so that this service is closer to the residents," explained the man who is familiarly called Abah Anton.

Separately, the Head of BP2T Malang City, Drs. Suharyono, M.Si said that his party will always provide the best service to Malang City residents, and there are no levies whatsoever. "Actually, there should be 2 units of this mobile car in Malang City. We will submit it during the PAK (Financial Budget Change)," he explained.

At that time, assistance was also handed over from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) to the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Malang City in the form of 25 types of basic navigation equipment. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia provided cash assistance of Rp. 100 million for elderly homes (panti wreda) that are unable to afford as well as wheelchair assistance from Rotary International for people with disabilities of 14 wheelchairs.

There is also assistance for the development of economic enterprises for the disabled from the Ministry of Social Affairs in the form of sewing machines, IT training equipment. (Information Technology) for the blind. The East Java Provincial Government on this occasion provided financial grants to women's cooperatives in Malang City, namely 31 cooperatives. The hope is that in the future women's cooperatives can be more advanced and develop further.

In addition, the Malang City Government some time ago also received an award from the East Java Information Commission (KI) as the Second Place Winner for the Best PPID (Information and Documentation Management Officer) category at the City Level and won an award as the Most Innovative PPID at the City Level, on this occasion the Head of the Malang City Communication and Informatics Service (Diskominfo), Dra.
