On Tuesday (24/02) at the Meeting Room of Malang City Hall, the 2015 Field Orientation (OL) Reception for Technical Management of Regional Assets of the West Java Provincial Education and Training Agency was held at the Malang City Government. This activity was attended by 50 people consisting of officials in the Malang City government and OL participants.
In the speech of the Mayor of Malang, H. Moch. Anton, which was read by the Head of the Civil Service Agency (BKD) Drs. Subkhan, he said that the management of regional assets must be transparent starting from the planning process, preparation, to implementation. In addition, accountability in public accountability is also needed.
"By implementing these principles, it is hoped that it will result in management that truly reflects the interests and expectations of the local community economically, efficiently, effectively, transparently and responsibly," added Subkhan.
The leader of the OL group who is also the Head of Technical Training, Drs. H. Deny Erinawan, in his speech said that the purpose of this OL is to learn about the technical management of regional goods carried out in the Malang City Government with participants representing districts in West Java Province.
In this OL, it is divided into three main groups that will discuss the maintenance, utilization, and security of regional goods and will conduct observations at the specified locus. Interactive dialogues discuss more about the problem of utilizing regional assets such as rent, borrowing, PKS, POT, and infrastructure. (say/hms/yon)
