There is good news for Malang City residents who will take care of various population administration documents. If previously the service online can only be served in several sub-districts, since March 2015, population administration can be served in 57 sub-districts in Malang City.
With this excellent service, the community can save time and energy because they do not need to come to the Office of Population and Civil Registration (Dispendukcapil) of Malang City located in the Integrated Office, Jl. Mayjend Sungkono.
Head of the Malang City Population and Civil Registry Service, Dra. Metawati Ika Wardani, M.Si said that the community would be happier and really appreciate this kind of outreach service, because the community would save more time and would not have to go far to take care of something, Tuesday (10/03).
"Population services served in the sub-district include Family Cards (KK), birth certificates, and death certificates. Meanwhile, recording of Electronic KTP (KTP-El) data must still be done at the Dispendukcapil Office," continued the woman in the hijab.
For now, Meta continued, his party still has limited data recording devices for making KTP-El so that the service still has to go to the Integrated Office. In the future, if there are additional devices, we will distribute them to the sub-district and/or village offices," he explained.
"It is also important to remember that this population document service is free of charge. We will try our best to provide the best service to the citizens of Malang City.
