Malang City will host the forum of the Association of Indonesian City Governments (Apeksi) on April 28, 2015. This will certainly be a source of pride for Malang City, because in the event various programs to advance the region will be discussed.
In this regard, the Malang City Government will show various successes in infrastructure development. Among them are the construction of city parks and the revitalization of Merdeka Square, which is currently being accelerated.
Malang Mayor, H. Moch. Anton said that his party is targeting the construction of the Merdeka Square to be completed before the implementation of the Apeksi forum. "Currently, the construction is being accelerated by doing overtime work. This will be one of the special gifts for regional heads participating in Apeksi," he said, Monday (16/03).
"During the implementation of Apeksi, the inauguration of Alun-Alun Merdeka will also be carried out. A few days ago I had checked and appealed for the construction to be accelerated. I will invite all regional heads to visit and enjoy the beauty of Alun-Alun Merdeka," added the man who is familiarly called Abah Anton.
"One week before April 28, 2015, it is estimated that the construction will be completed, and the construction is going well. Several supporting facilities such as a three-dimensional fountain will be a surprise for Apeksi participants. In addition, the Fireflies Park on Jl.
