The annual agenda of the Malang City Government held in front of the Malang City Hall office has been packed with tens of thousands of participants since morning. The event began with group exercise at around 05.30 WIB which was attended by the Mayor of Malang, H. Moch. Anton and his staff and the Forpimda (Regional Leadership Forum_ed). The surge of participants in the healthy walk this time made the road in front of the city hall a sea of ​​people.

In this event, members of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR) from the Malang Raya electoral district, Andreas Eddy Susetyo and Nurhayati Assegaf, were also seen. According to the Mayor of Malang, the participants of this healthy walk were very numerous and had very high enthusiasm. This shows that the level of tax awareness in Malang City continues to increase. "Paying taxes is one of the obligations as a good citizen. This healthy walk is also a form of our gratitude for the citizens' compliance in paying taxes," he said.

"Until last March, the tax revenue achievement has been around 40-60 percent. This is proof of the awareness of Malang City residents to support and help development programs. And this development will continue to increase if residents are aware of paying taxes. We thank you for all of this, and we will always provide the best for residents," added the man who is familiarly called Abah Anton.

The PKB politician said that Malang City's achievements in various aspects are very numerous, and the government must continue to work hard. The people have enjoyed the results of taxes, such as roads that have been built. hot mixes, the existence of Public Street Lighting (PJU), and so on. "The community already believes that if they do not pay taxes, development will be hampered, and the community wants development to be based on love for the environment," explained Abah Anton.

Ade Herawanto, MT who said that his party was very grateful to the residents of Malang City who had been obedient in paying taxes. "The enthusiasm of the residents was very high, and around 75 thousand residents attended this event until the end. We will continue to improve our performance in order to achieve this year's tax target of Rp. 270 billion," he explained.
