Thus, the quality and standard of the suburban schools will be the same as those in the city center. On the other hand, with the equalization of the quality of education, it will avoid the accumulation of students who study at schools in the city center.
On the sidelines of a surprise inspection of the implementation of the national exam (UN), the Mayor of Malang, who is familiarly called Abah Anton, said that education is very important for everyone, and this education is a basic need for every citizen.
"The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) came to Malang City a few days ago to conduct socialization on preventing corruption in the world of education. We appreciate this step and it will be a reference for Malang City to prioritize the quality of education and budget use," added Abah Anton.
The PKB politician hopes that there will be no findings from the KPK in Malang City, especially in the world of education. "Later, Malang City will also cooperate with the KPK in terms of corruption prevention measures. So it is hoped that corruption in Malang City can be suppressed or even eliminated," said Abah Anton.
Separately, the Head of the Malang City Education Office (Disdik), Dra. Zubaidah, MM said that her party would follow what the Mayor of Malang ordered to prioritize assistance to state schools in the outskirts.
