Klojen, MC – The Malang City Regional General Hospital (RSUD) located in the Bumiayu area, Kedungkandang District is scheduled to be...launching Today is April 17, 2015. However, the plan is threatened with delay due to the legal umbrella in the form of regional regulations (Perda) which have not been ratified.

The Malang City Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) itself is targeting the Public Service Retribution Bylaw to be completed in June 2015. However, the Malang City Government hopes that the Public Service Retribution Bylaw can be completed in April. Because with the Perda not yet being ratified, the Malang City Hospital cannot yet operate.
"We hope that this levy regulation can be completed in April. I am sure that if the council (Malang City DPRD_ed) is willing to spare some time, the regulation can be ratified soon," said Malang City Regional Secretary, Ir. Cipto Wiyono, M.Si, Thursday (16/4).
According to the bespectacled man, Malang City Hospital cannot operate without a legal umbrella. "Currently, the urgent matter is health services for the community. The existence of Malang City Hospital will certainly bring great benefits to the residents," said Cipto.
"We ask the council to take the time so that the Regional Regulation on Retribution can be completed soon. With great will and attention to the needs of the community, especially the underprivileged, of course everything can be implemented well," he concluded. (say/yon)
