Improving the quality of human resources (HR) owned in order to compete in the global era, the Islamic University of Malang (Unisma) continues to strengthen access to education abroad. This time the university located on Jl. Mayjen Haryono, Malang City, is exploring cooperation with India, Wednesday (22/4).

With the arrival of the Education Attaché of the Indonesian Embassy in New Delhi, India, Prof. Iwan Pranoto who came to Unisma, this Islamic campus did not waste it. Especially to find breakthroughs in opportunities for Unisma students and lecturers to be able to study in India.
Vice Rector I for Academic and Cooperation of Unisma, Drs. H. Junaidi Mistar, M.Pd, Ph.D revealed that Unisma is very serious about cooperating with India. This opportunity is the best opportunity for Unisma to be able to improve human resources by studying in other countries.
"The best graduates in each faculty who will graduate this weekend are offered to continue their Masters studies in India. The hope is that when they return to Unisma they can become more qualified educators," Junaidi emphasized, Wednesday (2/22).
Meanwhile, Iwan Pranoto acknowledged that the opportunity for cooperation between Indonesian students or lecturers to study in India is very large. The many similarities between Indonesia and India, especially in the social field, are a separate opportunity. "The cost of living in India is also relatively cheaper, so studying in that country can be a good step," explained Iwan.
Iwan also said that education in India is also more advanced than Indonesia even though in terms of facilities and infrastructure it is almost the same. The most prominent thing in Indian education is in terms of high work ethic. (cah/yon)
