Second Place: Trophy, certificate and 1 netbook
Third Place: Trophy, certificate and 1 tablet

3. QUALITY OF SERVICE FOR THE PUBLIC
   • (Value Weight: 30%)
   • Technical Services and Interactive Services
4. PERFORMANCE

5. INNOVATION
   • (Value Weight: 10%)
   • Diversity of Access, Utilization of Multimedia and Social Media
