To ensure that this program runs well, the Head of the Center for Civil Service Planning and Formation of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN), Ida Ayu Sri Dewi, SH, M.Si attended the Implementation of the 2015 Civil Service Arrangement activity held in the Meeting Room of Malang City Hall.
On this occasion, Ida Ayu Sri Dewi explained about the arrangement of civil servants referring to the Regulation of the Head of BKN Number 37 of 2011 concerning Guidelines and Arrangement of Civil Servants. In addition, this activity also presented two other speakers, namely Didik Pamungkas, ST and M. Edi Suriyadi, S,Kom who conveyed the Regulation of the Head of BKN Number 19 of 2011 concerning General Guidelines for the Preparation of Civil Servant Needs.
Head of the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Malang City, Drs. Subkhan confirmed that this activity was a follow-up to the appointment of Malang City as a project implementation of civil servant arrangement. The presence of the team from the Central Government this time is to socialize how good governance is. "A few weeks ago BKN provided material in Surabaya. In Malang City this is the follow-up," explained Subkhan, Thursday (7/5).
For Malang City, this activity has 60 participants from each Regional Work Unit (SKPD) consisting of structural officials in the field of personnel, personnel analysts, and related functional positions.
