As is known, the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) of goods and services in the Malang City Government (Pemkot) environment is attached to the Development Section. In relation to this, so that the procurement of goods and services can run well, the Malang City Development Section held a socialization at the Trio Indah II Hotel Malang, Tuesday (12/5).
This event was attended by 150 participants from SKPD (Regional Work Units) within the Malang City Government. Meanwhile, the resource person for this event was Tjipto Prasetyo Nugroho from the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP).
Assistant for Development Administration, Ir. Budi Herawanto, MT who on this occasion read the speech of the Mayor of Malang, H. Moch. Anton said that this socialization was intended to provide insight, knowledge, and deeper understanding to officials.
The officials referred to in this case are the Commitment Making Officer (PPK), Technical Activity Implementation Officer (PPTK), and the ULP Working Group (Pokja) within the Malang City Government.
"Therefore, on this occasion I hope that the participants can make the best use of this activity so that the materials received can improve the quality of understanding of PPK, PPTK, and ULP Working Groups of the Malang City Government," he appealed.
Tjipto Prasetyo Nugroho in his material explained in detail starting from the planning process, selection, to the procurement contract process. Specifically for the technical material on compiling HPS (Estimated Price Alone_ed) emphasized that the compilation of HPS cannot be used as a basis for calculating state losses.
In the Q&A session, many participants asked about the problems of procurement of goods/services that are often faced. Thus, after this socialization is carried out, the procurement process of goods and services in the Malang City Government can run according to the rules. (say/hms/yon)
