To improve the capabilities of all government officials in Malang City in terms of reporting assets, the Malang City Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) held Technical Guidance (Bimtek) and Assistance in Filling & Collecting LHKPN (State Officials' Asset Report) in the Malang City Government Environment which was held in the Meeting Room of Malang City Hall, Tuesday (26/5).

Head of Public Relations of Malang City, Muhammad Nur Widianto, S.Sos said that the technical guidance and assistance activities this time were to enlighten government administrators in Malang City in making wealth reports. With this program, it is hoped that government administrators in Malang City will not make mistakes in making reports that could have fatal consequences.
"This activity was attended by 57 participants from the sub-districts, five from the districts, and each representative from the SKPD (Regional Work Unit_ed) in Malang City," explained Wiwid, the nickname for the Head of Public Relations, Tuesday (26/5).
Wiwid said, the instructors of this technical guidance and assistance are from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) from Jakarta. The hope is, with this activity, all government officials in Malang City can carry out their duties to serve the community without worrying about having problems with the law in the future.
Regarding the obligation of state administrators to report their assets, it is regulated in several laws. Among the laws that regulate are Law Number 28 of 1999 concerning State Administrators Who Are Clean and Free from Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism, and Law Number 30 of 2002 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission.
