Becoming an entrepreneur can start at any time, but it is better to start early. Basically, everyone has the potential to become an entrepreneur.
Like the Chinese, since they were children they were taught to trade. We should not wait until we have no money or are in a tight spot to become entrepreneurs, start something with small things.
This was conveyed by Nila Kumalasari from the Yogyakarta Industrial Education and Training Center (Diklat) which is under the auspices of the Indonesian Ministry of Industry at the New Entrepreneurship Development Training event in the Plastic Waste Processing Sector in the Majapahit Room, Malang City Hall, Tuesday (26/5).
This event is the result of collaboration between the National Zakat Agency (Baznas) of Malang City and the Industry and Trade Service (Disperindag) of Malang City which was held from 26-30 May 2015.
With this kind of training, participants are expected to be able to establish new businesses and in the future will be mentored by Baznas Malang City. In addition to getting material in the room, participants will also be invited to practice directly processing plastic waste.
"Becoming an entrepreneur, don't give up easily, be pessimistic, consider your young age, family background, and think about capital. If that's what haunts us, then it will be difficult to become an entrepreneur. The environment greatly influences the formation of our mindset," added Nila.
Therefore, he said, if you want to be an entrepreneur, look for a supportive environment. If you have become an entrepreneur, you should have a progressive mindset. "An entrepreneur must also be tenacious and able to survive in any situation," concluded Nila. (say/yon)
