Civil Servants (PNS) in the Malang City Government environment will apparently be cheerful, more focused, and their performance will improve in carrying out their duties. This is because the Mayor of Malang H. Moch. Anton plans to disburse funds of Rp 20 billion as food money for these civil servants, Monday (22/6).
The plan to provide meal allowances for civil servants in the Malang City Government was proposed in the 2015 Revised Financial Budget (PAK) APBD (Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget).
Malang Mayor H. Moch. Anton confirmed that civil servants in the Malang City Government will receive meal allowance. Actually, this meal allowance program has stopped in early 2015, but now it will be given again.
"Each civil servant will receive Rp 20.000 per day in food allowance. With this additional (meal allowance_ed), the performance of civil servants in Malang City is expected to improve," explained the man who is often called Abah Anton, Monday (22/6).
Abah Anton added that if the proposal was approved by the Malang City DPRD, then the meal allowance for the civil servants in Malang City, which number around 10.000 people, could be given in August 2015. With this meal allowance, Abah Anton hopes that civil servants in Malang City will be happy and their performance will improve.
Separately, one of the members of the Malang City DPRD Dra. Heri Pudji Utami, M.AP said there was no problem if civil servants in Malang City received additional meal money. He only hoped that when receiving additional meal money it would be followed by increased performance. (cah/yon)
