Taking place in the Yudhistira Courtroom of the Malang City Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Office, a minor criminal trial (tipiring) was held. This trial was attended by members of the Malang City Satpol PP, PPNS (Civil Servant Investigators_ed), Malang District Court, Malang District Attorney's Office, and the Legal Section of the Malang City Regional Secretariat, Wednesday (17/6).
This minor criminal trial is a follow-up to the implementation of public order and security, enforcement of regional regulations (perda), mayoral regulations (perwal), and the Malang Mayor's Decree based on a letter from the Malang City Satpol PP Number: 180/479/35.73.50/2015.
In connection with the minor criminal trial, the Head of Satpol PP of Malang City, Drs. Agoes Edy Poetranto, MM submitted a report on the results of the trial. The number of minor criminal cases was 36 cases with details, three cases of violation of Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2013 concerning Disturbance Permits.
Three cases of violation of Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2006 concerning the Implementation of Advertising, twenty-nine cases of violation of Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2012 concerning Public Order and the Environment, and one case of violation of Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2013 concerning Tourism Organizers. The Malang City Government imposed sanctions on the violators with a total fine of Rp 7.350.000,- and forfeit as many as nine cases.
"In the future, we will continue to carry out order and action according to the existing regional regulations. We hope that violations of these regional regulations can continue to be suppressed, because we from the regional regulation enforcement officers will take tough action," said Agoes, Tuesday (23/06).
