The month of Ramadan is truly a month full of blessings for orphans and the poor in Malang City, because the Mayor of Malang distributed various aid through the Malang City Government's program "Cares for the Little People", Thursday (9/7).
As done at the Baiturrahim Mosque, Malang City Hall, Thursday (9/7), Malang Mayor H. Moch. Anton invited all people in Malang City to break the fast together. Not to forget, on this occasion, donations were also given to orphans and the poor in Malang City.
One of the recipients of the assistance, Fahri Akbar, expressed his joy at being able to come to Malang City Hall and meet directly with the Mayor of Malang H. Moch. Anton. This was a valuable experience for him, because since he was a child until now, 12 years old, this was the first time he had entered Malang City Hall.
"I'm happy to be able to come to Malang City Hall, even happier to receive a gift package for Eid," explained Fahri, Thursday (9/7).
Meanwhile, the Mayor of Malang, H. Moch. Anton said that in this month of Ramadan every day his party always tries to make the people of Malang happy. Among them is by providing various assistance programs to the underprivileged.
"We hope that this activity can be a means of sharing happiness with the people of Malang City as well as a means of friendship to jointly improve the welfare of the community," said the man who is often called Abah Anton. (cah/yon)
