On the first day of work after a week of Eid leave, the Mayor of Malang along with all levels of SKPD (Regional Work Units) within the Malang City Government, the Regional Leadership Forum (Forpimda), and the Regional Leadership Conference (Muspida), held a halalbihalal which began with a morning assembly at Malang City Hall, Wednesday (22/7).
Although they had to queue one by one until it snaked to be able to shake hands, this halalbihalal activity still ran orderly and full of familiarity. Through halalbihalal activities like this, it is hoped that the ties of friendship between all levels of the Malang City Government can increase.
Malang Mayor H. Moch. Anton said that the Lebaran moment is very special. After a month of fasting, and a gathering event like this is a good opportunity to improve relations with fellow human beings. Through this activity, it is hoped that the ties of friendship between the ranks of the Malang City government can be better and maintained to be able to work together to continue to improve services to the community.
"We hope that with this activity, the people of Malang City can be more united," explained the man who is often called Abah Anton, Wednesday (22/7).
Abah Anton is proud of the employees in the Malang City Government who came to work on time after a week of Eid leave. This discipline is expected to continue to be improved in order to further improve the performance of the Malang City government.
Head of the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Malang City, Drs. Subkhan revealed that his party is currently conducting checks to ensure that no civil servants (PNS) in the Malang City Government are absent from work. If it is found that there are civil servants who are absent after Eid leave, of course they will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the rules.
"The sanctions are in various forms, starting from reprimands, written warnings, postponement of promotions, all depending on the violations and mistakes of the civil servants concerned," Subkhan stressed. (cah/yon)
