Deputy Mayor of Malang Drs. Sutiaji in the Halalbihalal event of the Extended Family of Educators and Education Personnel throughout Kedungkandang District, Malang City in the STIBA Malang hall said that corruption is not only related to material or money, Saturday (1/8).

For a teacher, time is very valuable. Therefore, a teacher should use time as well as possible. Because not using teaching time well for a teacher can be classified as corruption.

The PKB politician also touched on the issue of mutations. According to him, mutations of teachers and principals are something that usually happens at any time. "This mutation is for equalizing education and at the same time improving the quality of teaching staff," he added, Saturday (1/8).

"No less important, teachers must also maintain the good name or image of teachers, both at school and in society. Let's improve the quality of education as best we can, especially in Malang City. Education is one of the basic needs of every individual," continued Sutiaji.

The head of the halalbihalal committee, Miftahul Huda, said that his party was happy because the event went smoothly even though the preparation was quite sudden. "There were 840 teachers involved in this event. We would like to thank all parties who supported the success of this event," he explained. (say/yon)
