The Malang City Communication and Informatics Agency (Kominfo) which often achieves achievements at the East Java and national levels has made many other regions visit to learn. This time, students from SMKN 1 Cilacap, Central Java specifically came to learn more about the Kendedes Media Center to the Malang City Kominfo Agency office, Thursday (3/9).
SMKN 1 Cilacap teacher, Agus Priyo Handoko said that his party deliberately came to Malang City because they knew that the Malang City Communication and Information Service had good quality. He hopes that the students who participated in this visit can learn more and know the ins and outs of the Kendedes Media Center of the Malang City Communication and Information Service. "For this visit to Malang City, we brought 46 students from the Computer Engineering and Network Department," explained Agus, Thursday (3/9).
Agus added, by learning directly, it is hoped that students will have more insight and a picture of the world of work. That way when they graduate from school, they will no longer be confused, either when working or when they are self-employed.
During this visit, students of SMKN 1 Cilacap received an explanation starting from what is Media Center, a brief history of Media Center, work programs, management team, to the Media Center network in Indonesia. Moreover, Media Center Kendedes Malang City also achieved 10th place in terms of news contribution on the InfoPublik portal of the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia.
Moreover, they also finally know the online complaint procedure which is also managed by the Malang City Communication and Information Service. In addition, Malang City some time ago also won the Best City Web category award at the Regency-City (Kabta) Web Award 2015.
Meanwhile, the Head of Public Information Division of the Malang City Communication and Information Service, Dra. Ani Rahmawiyati, M.Si, admitted that she was pleased with the visit from SMKN 1 Cilacap, Central Java. This visit is expected to further introduce the Malang City Communication and Information Service to the public and students from all over the country.
