Educating and improving the quality of human resources (HR) owned by schools in Malang City in school activity management, the Malang City Education Office is actively conducting coaching. Including this time holding coaching for supervisors and administrators of the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) at the SMP and SMA/SMK levels throughout Malang City at the Kartika Graha Hotel, Tuesday (27/10).
Head of the Junior High School, Senior High School, and Vocational High School Division of the Malang City Education Office S. Ratna W. said that this activity was intended so that OSIS as a student development organization in schools could be even better. In addition, it was also intended to improve the quality of human resources owned.
"OSIS plays an important role in schools to maximize students' abilities according to their interests. We hope that with this activity, school activities in Malang City can be even better," explained Ratna, Tuesday (27/10).
Ratna said that this coaching activity was attended by 400 participants from junior high schools, senior high schools/vocational schools throughout Malang City and was held for two days. This activity was also used to plan how OSIS activities in the future would be even better.
To maximize the results of its coaching, the Malang City Education Office brought in competent speakers from various disciplines. Starting from psychologists, the Police, BNN, and also the Malang City Education Office. (cah/yon)
