Guidelines for Commemorating Heroes' Day 2015

Referring to the Guidelines for the Implementation of the Commemoration of "Heroes' Day" in 2015 from the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, the following matters are hereby conveyed:

1. Anniversary Theme:

   • “The Spirit of Heroism is My Body and Soul”

2. The Flag Ceremony and National Pilgrimage to Commemorate Heroes' Day at Malang City Level was held on TUESDAY, November 10, 2015.
3. A 60-second moment of silence began at 08.15 WIB on November 10, 201.
4. Flying the Red and White flag at full mast on November 10, 2015 from 06.00 to 18.00 WIB in every house, residential area, government/private offices, university campuses, and schools.

It is expected that the Red and White flag is still in good condition (not dull) or new and its size is adjusted to the place/location where it is flown, and the flagpole is clean white.

In this regard, we request you to inform all staff and residents in your respective areas.
