- Candidates for BPSK Members from Business Actors (3 people)
- Candidates for BPSK Members from the Consumer sector (3 people)
General Requirements:
- WNI
- Healthy Body
- Behave Well
- Never been convicted of a crime
- Educated min. Bachelor degree in Law preferred
- Have knowledge and experience in the field of consumer protection
- 30-50 years old
- Domiciled in Malang City area
- Candidates from the lowest ranking government elements are Gol. III/c
- Candidates from consumer and business elements are not currently administrators of a political party.
Documents that must be completed by Candidates:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Photocopy of Resident Identity Card (KTP)
- Photocopy of last educational certificate that has been legalized
- Health certificate from a hospital or community health center doctor
- Police Record Certificate (SKCK) from the local police
- Photocopy of the latest promotion decree for candidates from government elements
- Photocopy of the Consumer Protection Agency Registration Certificate (TDLPK) for candidates who come from consumer elements representing LPKSM
- A stamped statement letter stating that you have experience in the field of consumer protection
- A stamped statement letter stating that you are not currently an administrator of a political party
- Letter of proposal for candidates from the head of the institution/agency they represent
- 4 (two) recent passport-sized photos measuring 6×2
