The visit of the Malang City Government, he said, coincided with the visit of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) of the Republic of Indonesia. This was conveyed by Made Witna when starting the information on the performance of Badung Regency's public services. He added that the pattern of public services and licensing system could be a stimulus for increasing Badung Regency's income which reached IDR 3,7 trillion.

"One of the keys to the success of implementing the intended system is also inseparable from the strength of the local culture, so that changes almost do not cause resistance in society," added Witna.

I Made Sutama, Head of the Badung Regency Licensing Agency, said that no files were issued from the BPT (Integrated Licensing Agency), and all were concentrated in the BPT. "Most importantly, there is no more processing of recommendations from SKPD (Regional Work Units), all at one point," he explained.

Meanwhile, Deputy Mayor of Malang Drs. Sutiaji responded positively to the PTSP (One-Stop Integrated Licensing) pattern of Badung Regency which is not only depicted in the model of all SKPDs placed in one location, but is sharpened in the system of clustering of its service functions.

"Commitment from the SKPD head is needed, because so far the SKPD's tendency seems to be adamant in maintaining the recommendation aspect. The first is from the scrutiny best practice and followed by all SKPD heads is to evaluate the licensing regulations in Malang City," explained the PKB politician.

Sutiaji explained that SKPD must also be willing to hand over authority related to aspects of licensing management to BP2T (Integrated Licensing Service Agency_ed). The hope is that with the SKPD heads participating, revolutionary thinking will emerge and there will be no sectoral ego, so that goal-it provides benefits to the community and the city of Malang.

Furthermore, Sutiaji said, along with that, innovative steps are needed, integrated IT-based services at the sub-district level that are connected to BP2T so that residents do not have to go back and forth in processing documents. "Thus, because later it can also be connected to the system android," he concluded. (say/yon)
