Lowokwaru, MC - Becoming a professional teacher today seems to be an option for the younger generation, because day by day the fate of teachers in Indonesia is getting more prosperous. Likewise with teachers in Malang City, the income of teachers in this Education City is certain to increase in 2016, Wednesday (25/11).

In a seminar at Graha Cakrawala, State University of Malang (UM), member of Commission X of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Lathifah Shohib, confirmed that in 2016, teachers' income will increase. Not only teachers with Civil Servant (PNS) status, honorary teachers will also have their welfare increased so that they will be more focused on educating the nation's children.
"The number of honorary teachers in 2016 will increase to receive incentives. If so far in Indonesia the recipients are 45.000, in 2016 it is targeted to increase by 100 percent," explained Lathifah, Wednesday (25/11).
In 2016, Lathifah said there were 90.000 honorary teachers who would receive incentives, both in public and private schools. With this program, the politician from PKB hopes that in the future education in Indonesia can be more advanced and developed.
He added, so that teachers can be more diligent in educating the next generation of the nation, later the distribution of incentives will not be equalized as it is now. In the future, the provision of incentives will be given proportionally according to teaching hours. (cah/yon)
