Klojen, MC – The Malang City Government received a working visit from Banyumas Regency regarding the Benchmarking of Technical Training for Improving the Competence of Heads of Sub-district Government Sections in Banyumas Regency.
The group of 38 participants consisting of Banyumas Regency government staff with group leader Bambang Widoyoko was received at the Malang City Hall Meeting Room, Tuesday (1/12). The purpose of this visit was to improve the competence of 'to best practice' Sub-district SKPD in Banyumas Regency.
Assistant for General Administration of the Malang City Regional Secretariat, Yudhi K. Ismawardi, SH, M.Hum said that in order to optimize the implementation of excellent service to the community, the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 4 of 2010 has been issued.
The Minister of Home Affairs Regulation is about the guidelines for integrated sub-district administrative services (PATEN) which states that in order to respond to the dynamics of developments in regional government administration towards good governance, it is necessary to pay attention to the needs and demands of the community in services.
Yudhi added while delivering the message of the Mayor of Malang, the role of sub-district and village apparatus is very important. "They are the spearhead and the front guard in providing services to the community at the lowest level. Therefore, the Malang City Government also carries out technical guidance to increase the capacity of sub-district and village apparatus resources as well as competency tests," he explained, Tuesday (1/12).
In addition, he said, sub-districts and urban villages have an important role in the framework of PBB regionalization and optimization of revenue from the urban PBB sector. "Optimization of sub-district and urban village apparatus is a non-negotiable price, or something that cannot be negotiated anymore," explained Yudhi.
Separately, Bambang Widoyoko said that in order to input data as an analysis to create a group work paper in accordance with the specified curriculum, the Malang City Government should be able to facilitate field activities that will take place in Kasin Village so that they can run smoothly.
