Klojen, MC – To avoid any mistakes in managing regional financial management, the Malang City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) never tires of conducting socialization. This time the socialization was related to the system and procedures for managing regional finances for all SKPDs within the Malang City Government which was held at the Gajahmada Hotel Malang, Wednesday (2/12).
Head of BPKAD Malang City Ir. Sapto Prapto Santoso, M.Si revealed that this activity is to make financial management in Malang City more professional. Where for the upcoming 2016 APBD, management is based on accrual that is accountable and transparent.
"We hope that this activity will make all SKPDs in Malang City better in carrying out their duties and able to meet the expectations of the community according to the duties they are entrusted with," explained Sapto, Wednesday (2/12).
Sapto added, with this activity, it is hoped that the commitment and cooperation between SKPD in Malang City can be even better. Where performance must be further improved and there must be synchronization between the APBD and laws and regulations. "This is an effort for efficiency between regional revenue and spending," said Sapto.
In this socialization, there were three speakers, namely the Head of Budget Division of BPKAD Malang City Baihaqi, S.Pd, SE, M.Si who discussed the system of procedures for regional financial management and preparation for the implementation of the 2016 APBD, the Head of Capital Section of the Inspectorate Capital Preparation Agus Purnomo, SE about the Inspectorate's inspection and strategic issues, and Noka Maharany who discussed several changes in the regional financial system and procedures.
