As stated by the Head of Lowokwaru District, Drs. Rustamaji, residents of RW 01, Sumbersari Subdistrict, 'descent' and supported by the Manarul Huda Foundation, renovating (renovating) the house of Mrs. Misni who is categorized as a low-income family.
"This was inspired by the house renovation program carried out by the Mayor of Malang. Therefore, residents want to cultivate and strengthen the values of mutual cooperation which are indeed the characteristics of the Indonesian people," said Lowokwaru Sub-district Head, Drs. Rustamaji, Thursday (21/1).
According to him, Sumbersari residents feel that the value of mutual cooperation is currently rare, so it is hoped that this movement will continue to roll and become a great force. "Tonight, residents of RW 01, Sumbersari Village, held a thanksgiving for the completion of the community's self-help house renovation program worth Rp 16 million," added Rustamaji.
"Hopefully this togetherness will be an example for other sub-districts, so that what is programmed by the Malang City Government can be realized well. Home renovation is one of the noble programs of the mayor (of Malang) that must be supported by all parties," concluded Rustamaji. (say/yon)
