Klojen, MC – BPJS (Social Security Administering Body_ed) Health Malang Main Branch Office (KCU) improves its services by opening and maximizing the function and role of complaint posts in Malang Raya. In Malang City, this complaint post is located at the branch office on Jl. In Batu City it is on Jl. Pattimura, and in Malang Regency it is on Jl. Panji Kepanjen.

The function of this complaint post is not only to accommodate complaints and facilitate any questions from residents about BPJS Kesehatan, but also as a means of monitoring the distribution of the Indonesian Healthy Card (KIS), whether it has been received by the person concerned or not.
For the distribution of this card, BPJS Kesehatan Malang is collaborating with PT Pos Indonesia and leading delivery services. This was conveyed by the Head of BPJS Kesehatan Malang, dr. Gatot Subroto, M.Kes to reporters, Wednesday (3/2).
"In addition to the posts, the public can also submit their complaints via email to kc-malang@bpjskesehatan.go.id or hotline service to 500400. All complaints received to the posts, emails and telephones will be responded to immediately by officers and receive solutions or answers," added Gatot.
So far, he continued, the number of complaints is still relatively small because our society is already critical in responding to various things. So far, residents have asked more about programs or other things such as membership. For example, in one family why is there only one person who receives a BPJS Health card.
According to data from BPJS Kesehatan Malang, until the end of 2015, the number of KIS recipients from the APBN (State Revenue and Expenditure Budget) Contribution Assistance Recipients (PBI) was 936.587 people, and of that number, 762.665 people were spread across Malang Regency, 129.314 people in Malang City, and 44.581 people in Batu City.
In the future, Gatot continued, BPJS Kesehatan Malang will continue to improve all its services so that the public feels safe and comfortable. "One of our programs will be to form complaint posts at the sub-district level, so that services are closer to the public," he concluded. (say/yon)
Why did I pay BPJS at Indomaret from the 1st until today and I can't? Last night when I tried to pay, the cashier said your card number was wrong, even though I paid last month and I could, but now I can't. What's the solution? Is this caused by a disruption at the Indomaret operator?
