Malang Mayor H. Moch. Anton wants the existence of Oro-oro Dowo Market to also be able to synergize with the revitalization steps of Malabar City Forest. Like a response from the Mayor of Malang, who is familiarly called Abah Anton, the desire is in line with the steps of the Market Service to regulate and dismantle the street vendors' stalls that almost surround the Malabar City Forest itself.

"Starting this morning, after we gave an understanding to the street vendors, the powders along the Malabar pedestrian, around the market, and around Jl. Guntur and Jl. Muria are now clean," explained the Head of the Market Service, Drs. Wahyu Setianto, MM, Wednesday (3/2).

Thus, he said, in this area will be more beautiful and well-organized, and traffic flow is not disturbed. "We appreciate the positive participation and cooperation of the street vendors so that Malang City remains conducive," added Wahyu.

Meanwhile, Abah Anton after the coordination meeting at Malang City Hall responded positively to the steps of the Malang City Market Service. "From the beginning, I have emphasized that Oro-oro Dowo Market and Malabar Park should become a unified tourist destination, as well as a model of balance between social order and environmental friendliness," he said.
