The Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Air Force (KASAU) said that his party would take full responsibility for this disaster, and a monument and prayer room would be built at the location of the incident. When asked what actually caused the plane to crash, KASAU admitted that he still did not know for sure. "Currently, the evacuation of the plane that was buried under the rubble of a house is still being carried out. It is not easy to retrieve the plane's fuselage, because it must dismantle a resident's house," he explained.
"If the fuselage can be evacuated, then we will know all the causes of the plane crash. We will later see through the video recordings on the plane. For now we cannot guess what the main cause of the plane crash is," said Air Marshal Agus Supriatna. (say/yon)
