Deputy Mayor: Four Pillars of the MPR RI Must Be Applied

"The TOT attended by lecturers from PTN (state universities_ed) and PTS (private universities_ed) in Malang Raya, hopefully, can continue to be followed by a transformation of values ​​to their respective students. National values ​​must be revived because we are now in a condition of losing our sense of pride in our homeland and are treated to more 'political drama' which often weakens us as a nation," explained Deputy Mayor Sutiaji, Monday (7/3).

With this event, the PKB politician explained, it is hoped that the love for the country, especially among the younger generation, will increase, so that it can reduce the crime rate. "Through universities, students should be able to strengthen their sense of patriotism," Sutiaji continued.

The existence of the MPR RI Four Pillars program, he continued, also addresses various phenomena that have occurred in society lately. For example, regarding radicalism teachings and the rampant Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender or commonly called LGBT. "With the role of the government, it is hoped that all of this can be suppressed," he explained.

In line with the Deputy Mayor of Malang Malang, member of the MPR RI from the PKS Faction Hadi Mulyadi when closing the activity held by the MPR RI emphasized the importance of teaching about Pancasila and nationalism systematically in schools and universities and strongly institutionalizing it in the midst of society.
