Klojen, MC – Various efforts have been made by the Malang City Police to suppress criminal acts in society. In addition to the application Panic Button which has been widely known and used by the public, the Malang City Police also carried out socialization, appeals in the form of banners, banners and also attaching stickers to pedicabs.

As seen on Thursday (17/3), two police personnel from the Community Development Unit (Binmas) of the Malang City Police were giving directions to pedicab drivers and attaching stickers to pedicabs on Jl. Gajah Mada. They were urged to help the police in reducing crime rates.
Technically, although the sticker only contains an appeal, these pedicab drivers are not only registered, but also given a police complaint number if they see any criminal acts, terrorism, radicalism, hypnosis and so on. Residents can call or text 0811-3535-110 if they see or experience any criminal acts.
Bripka Suwandi, one of the officers from the Malang City Police Community Development Unit, said that this was only an appeal and it was hoped that the community would fully support it so that Malang City would remain safe and conducive.
These stickers, he said, will also be attached to motorcycles of motorcycle taxi drivers, city transportation, buses and so on. "We routinely and will continue to do this, and even though it is only a sticker, at least it can be seen and read by everyone. From reading it, at least residents can be alert," added Suwandi.
