Klojen, MC – In order to increase the acceleration of the development of Science and Technology (Iptek) through the exploration of technological innovation and Iptek resources, the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Malang City will hold the 2016 Malang City Technology Innovation Competition (Inotek).
Total prizes of millions of rupiah have been prepared for the winners. The series of competitions will start from March 7, 2016 to April 1, 2016, for the registration process, March 15 to May 13, 2016 for the judging process, June 1, 2016 for the announcement of the winners, ending with an exhibition of works and the awarding of Malang City Technology Innovation.
Head of Beppeda Malang City Drs. Wasto, SH, MH said that this competition is open to the public and is free of charge. "The Inotek Competition is divided into four fields, namely agribusiness, energy, environment, and information & communication technology," he explained, Monday (28/3).
Participants are individuals/groups/teams. "A group of participants consists of a maximum of five people and is only allowed to include one field of innovation that will be competed," added Wasto.
This competition, he continued, is intended for all residents of Malang City, and the innovations being competed have never won a championship in any competition.
