Malang, MC – The Cakrawala Building of Abdulrahman Saleh Air Force Base, Malang, last Friday (1/4) was used as a venue for the Promotion Period of April 1, 2016 for members of Abdulrahman Saleh Air Force Base. A total of 130 members of the Air Force Base received a promotion one level higher than their original rank, namely 31 Officers, 85 Non-Commissioned Officers and 14 TNI Civil Servants.
The event was held at the Cakrawala Building and led by the Commander of Abdulrahman Saleh Air Force Base, Marsma TNI H. RM. Djoko Senoputro, SE, MM and attended by other officials of Abdulrahman Saleh Air Force Base.
"In essence, a promotion is not a gift that can be easily obtained, but rather an effort that we must strive for," explained Danlanud in his speech.
To get it must meet the right criteria. Promotion is the result of work achievements and awards from the TNI AU leadership to officers who have devoted their services to the nation and state through the TNI AU.
Djoko explained that with this promotion, the promoted members can increase their work spirit and motivation and further increase their devotion to the Indonesian Air Force with a sense of responsibility. "Discipline as the breath of soldiers must be truly implemented in everyday life both as soldiers, as heads of families and as members of society," he explained.
Danlanud also emphasized to all members of Lanud Abdulrahman Saleh to continue to maintain and improve discipline in all matters and obey the law against existing regulations so that their lives will be more comfortable, safe and not burdened. "Members must also foster an exemplary attitude in every daily life both in the context of official and community life," concluded Djoko. (say/may)
