Lowokwaru, MC – Joining in celebrating the 102nd Anniversary of Malang City, the Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Base (Lanud) gave a special gift. Located at Malang Town Square (Matos), Abd. Saleh Air Force Base held an Air Force Aerospace Exhibition, Friday (8/4) to Sunday (10/4).
In this exhibition, the public will not only be able to see directly the main defense system equipment owned by the Indonesian Air Force, but they will also be able to directly hold various weapons, of course accompanied by Indonesian Air Force personnel.
Commander of Abd. Saleh Air Force Base Marsma TNI RM. Djoko Senaputro, SE, MM revealed that the Aerospace Exhibition held in Matos was in the framework of the 70th anniversary of the Indonesian Air Force and to enliven the 102nd anniversary of Malang City.
"There are six booths in this exhibition. Our Aerospace Exhibition is intended to bring the Indonesian Air Force closer to the community," explained Marsma Djoko, Friday (8/4).
The six stands in Matos consist of stands displaying miniatures of the Indonesian Air Force and the tasks of Abd. Saleh Air Force Base. Where the stands are filled with various properties owned by Squadron 32, Squadron 21, Squadron 4, Depo Har 30, the Indonesian Air Force stand and Paskhas.
"We want the exhibition held by the Indonesian Air Force to be able to introduce the public to the actual activities of the Indonesian Air Force," said Marsma Djoko. (cah/yon)
