Klojen, MC – Creating good education requires teacher creativity so that students enjoy what is taught. That is one of the things that can be taken from the Literacy-Based Integrity Learning Workshop held at the Santika Hotel Malang, Tuesday (19/4).
Education expert from Bandung, Andi Budimanjaya invited teachers participating in the workshop to be happy, because only with happiness will what is taught to students be more easily accepted.
Andi said, Allah SWT never creates a failed product. Likewise with the world of education, children in this world are not likely to be molded to fail, all are molded to be successful and succeed.
"It depends on how educators want to continue learning how to make students successful so they can achieve their dreams," Andi explained, Tuesday (19/4).
After successfully becoming a teacher, principal, and now a motivator, Andi is currently continuing to develop himself, one of which is by collaborating with Munif Chatib (author of the best-selling book 'sekolahnya manusia') to design and establish a high school. School of Human (SOH) whose curriculum is made as well as possible to educate children so that they become complete human beings.
Meanwhile, the Learning Field Staff of the Curriculum and Textbook Center of the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's Research and Development Agency, Zulkifly Anas, said that every lesson must convey a message of values. Not only civics and religion lessons, all lessons must be able to teach the values of honesty.
"With this activity, we hope that every teacher when teaching can bring up creative learning values according to the child's potential," said Zulkifly.
Zulkifly gave an example of plants that carry out photosynthesis to be able to eat well. Likewise with fine roots that try to penetrate the soil. So great are the fine roots that can penetrate the soil to carry out the task of finding food needed by the leaves.
"Not all food is brought by the roots, because some of the food in the soil is poisonous and not suitable for needs," explained Zulkifly.
The function of sorting and selecting from the roots that can know which food is suitable for the needs and is not poisonous is an inspiration to learn from the meaning of exemplary behavior. (cah/yon)
