This activity is an Indonesian Air Force education program specifically intended for Indonesian Air Force aircraft crews, the aim of which is to integrate operational culture. crew in order to unify the pattern of attitudes and patterns of action. So that later a good relationship and cooperation will be realized between Ground Crew and Air Crew and pilots.

"In this training, students learn how flight crews manage, control and then make decisions through coordination carried out by air crew on an Indonesian Air Force flight, so that the tasks assigned can be carried out smoothly and successfully and the goals achieved. zero accidents," explained Danlanud Abd. Saleh.

Seeing the importance of this training for the Indonesian Air Force's flight crew, it is hoped that the training participants will really take advantage of this opportunity as best they can. "Concentrate your thinking power and do not hesitate to ask the instructors or teachers about the lesson materials that are not yet understood," said Marsma Djoko.

This training education program starts from 16 to 20 May 2016.
