Moch. Anton, Friday (20/5).
As the name suggests, SAMBAT, which takes its term from Javanese which means to complain, this application is indeed a medium for Malang City residents to express their complaints to the Malang City Government.
Through SAMBAT Online Training people just need to send an SMS with their problems or criticisms and suggestions to the service number 081333471111. "Once the complaint SMS is received by the operator, it will be immediately followed up by forwarding it to the relevant SKPD to be studied immediately and the best solution can be found," explained the Head of the Malang City Communication and Information Service, Zulkifli Amrizal, S.Sos, M.Si, Friday (20/5).

As a follow-up to the launch of the SAMBAT application, Zulkifli said that the Ministry of Communication and Information will conduct more frequent socialization regarding the use of this system, with the hope that from the complaints received, more aspirations from the community will be absorbed so that Malang City continues to improve and become an increasingly advanced Malang City.
Meanwhile, the Mayor of Malang, H. Moch. Anton, appreciated the existence of the SAMBAT application. Online Training as a forum to accommodate public aspirations. According to the man who is familiarly called Abah Anton by the residents of Malang City, SAMBAT is a good breakthrough because it is in line with the Mayor of Malang's blusukan program to the sub-districts in Malang City to accommodate the aspirations of residents.
"If the Mayor and his staff only conduct impromptu visits once every two weeks, SAMBAT can be done every day," said Abah Anton.
