This event was attended by the Commander of the V/Brawijaya Military Command Brigadier General Rahmat Pribadi, the Head of the TNI Bintal Center Rear Admiral Ir. Daradjat Hidajat, and the commanders of the V/Brawijaya Military Command units and officials from the Abd. Saleh Air Force Base.
Titled 'We Increase the Role of Unit Command in Building a Strong Soldier Mentality', Danlanud Abd. Saleh delivered material on soldier professionalism. "Mental development of the command function is essentially aimed at refreshing and motivating TNI personnel to maintain their enthusiasm in serving, pursuing a career and working," he explained.

"Mental development like this is aimed at realizing military professionalism which includes abilities in the fields of knowledge, technical skills and mental toughness based on military ethics, both individually and as a unit in order to realize it, so that they are able to carry out future tasks properly and correctly," he explained.
In addition to Danlanud Abd Saleh, Commander of the Indonesian Eastern Fleet Command (Pangarmatim) Rear Admiral (Laksda) TNI Darwanto, SH. MAP also became a resource person who raised the issue of discipline, solidity and solidarity of TNI soldiers.
