Surabaya, MC – PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) continues to make breakthroughs and innovations to provide the best service to the public, especially loyal customers of railway transportation services.
To meet these needs, PT KAI has prepared economy class train facilities but feels like an executive train. This is one of PT KAI's service commitments.
Public Relations Manager of PT KAI Daops VIII Surabaya, Gatut Sutiyatmoko, Saturday (27/8) said that the economy class train which will be tested on Sunday, 28 August 2016, departed from Surabaya Gubeng Station at 14.45 WIB and arrived at Jakarta Pasar Senen Station at 05.13 WIB.
This new-look economy class train has a capacity of 80 seats. The facilities provided to passengers include soft seats with a two-by-two configuration, television, air conditioning, and electrical outlets for electronic activities.
"Hopefully with the new product, loyal train customers can be spoiled with safe, comfortable and traffic-free train transportation. And hopefully it can attract people's interest in taking the train," explained Gatut. (say/hms/yon).
