Head of the Malang City Communication and Information Service, Zulkifli Amrizal, S.Sos, M.Si revealed that sincelaunching on May 10, 2016, SAMBAT Online was enthusiastically welcomed by the community. However, because this system is still new, it still requires socialization to the recipients of complaints in this case each SKPD in the Malang City Government.

"There are so many complaints coming in. So by providing this technical guidance to SKPD, we hope that in the future the service to the public can be even better," hoped Zulkifli, Wednesday (31/8).

If so far the Sambat application is still in the form of SMS, in the future this application will continue to be developed. For example, an application that can directly display photos of complaints from the public.

"For example, complaints about potholes can be seen directly in the photos of the roads that have been sent so that the relevant SKPD can immediately resolve them," said Zulkifli.

With the existence of this SAMBAT Online system, Zulkifli admitted that it is very much in line with what the Mayor of Malang wants to advance his beloved Malang City. Therefore, the Malang City Communication and Information continues to strive to fully support this program so that it can bring more benefits to the community.

Citizens' aspirations in the form of suggestions and criticisms can be easily submitted via SMS to number 081333471111. From several months since its launch, Zulkifli said that almost every day there are always complaints received from the public. From the available data, the most complaints received are related to parking and cleanliness in Malang City. (cah/yon)

Please immediately regulate the illegal parking of motorbikes west of Malang night market, blocking access to the road for residents and causing congestion. From the beginning it was not a parking spot. Illegal parking does not have tickets and is not in uniform
