This event was attended by the heads of all SKPDs in the Malang City Government with speakers being the Deputy Mayor of Malang Drs. Sutiaji and Expert Staff for Government Affairs of the Malang City Secretariat Drs. Mulyono, M.Si.

In his presentation, Mulyono explained that performance could also be said to be a result. (output) from a certain process carried out by all components of the organization on certain sources used (input).

For organizations, he continued, performance is the result of collaborative activities between members or components of the organization in order to realize organizational goals.

“All activities must go through input, process, and output. Between input and processes are closely related and are very decisive in producing something output performance that meets expectations or not," explained Mulyono.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Mayor of Malang, Drs. Sutiaji, said that to create good organizational performance, a system related to work, performance and work culture needs to be built. He hopes that in the future there will be no one man show or the performance of just one or two people.

He also appealed to improve work ethics so that a work culture is built. He gave an example, such as the head of SKPD must be able to make a description of the tasks being carried out from the lowest element so that it can be known whether the work is appropriate or not so that an evaluation can be carried out.

"Hopefully the potential that was once slack will be able to grow again and develop. Each field must be interconnected and respectful, because each field has its own duties and responsibilities," Sutiaji explained. (say/yon)
