Klojen, MC – Malang Mayor H. Moch Anton received a visit from the Chancellor of Malang State University (UM) Prof. Dr. AH. Rofi'uddin, M.Pd along with several UM academics in the Malang Mayor's Meeting Room, Monday (24/10).
On that occasion, Rofi'uddin expressed his desire to hold Gala Dinner with the Mayor of Malang because the campus he leads has a program entitled 'UM International Camp' which will be held in the near future.
Roffiuddin said that this program aims to introduce Indonesian culture, especially in Malang City, and the plan is... event This international level will be attended by students from 25 countries including China, Thailand, America, Germany and Madagascar.
The Mayor of Malang, H. Moch. Anton, who on this occasion was accompanied by the Head of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Malang City, Drs. Wasto, SH, MH, welcomed the program because it was in line with the preparation of the seminar program. Go Green which will be delivered in Guangzhou, China. "It just so happens that Malang City will champion the innovation of Saving Water in Guangzhou," said the man who is usually called Abah Anton.
The opportunity for the presence of students from China in Malang will be used to ask for their testimonials about Kampung Glintung Go Green (3G) which has currently entered the final round of an international event through the Gemar Menabung Air innovation.
With the Mandarin language testimonials, it is hoped that the innovation of Kampung 3G can be further strengthened because it received direct testimonials from Chinese citizens who happened to be visiting Malang City.
The plan is also that students from China and other students from various countries will carry out city tour one of which was to Kampung 3G to see firsthand how the Gemar Menabung Air process is now recognized internationally.
In line with the Mayor of Malang, the Head of the Malang City Bappeda Drs. Wasto, SH, MH also hopes that later the students from Guangzhou who visit Malang can become supporter during the 3G village presentation in Guangzhou after they saw firsthand how the program was in Malang.
