Results of the November 2016 Minor Crimes Trial

Klojen, MC – As a follow-up to the Implementation of Public Order and Security and Enforcement of Regional Regulations, Mayoral Regulations and Mayoral Decrees of Malang, the Malang City Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) held a minor criminal trial (tipiring) in the Yudistira Courtroom, Tuesday (15/11).

The trial was conducted by Satpol PP Malang City, PPNS, Malang District Court, Malang District Attorney's Office and the Legal Section of the Malang City Regional Secretariat. This Tipiring Trial is a continuation of the operation of order carried out by Satpol PP throughout the Malang City area.

Based on a letter from the Malang City Satpol PP Number: 100/876/35.73.501/2016, in connection with the implementation of the minor criminal trial, Acting Head of Malang City Satpol PP Dicky Haryanto, SH. MM submitted a report on the results of the trial with a total of 29 (twenty nine) Minor Crime cases with the following details:

  • (one) case of Violation of Regional Regulation no. 4 of 2006 concerning Implementation of Advertisements.
  • 2 (two) cases of Violation of Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2006 concerning the Implementation of Lodging Businesses.
  • 4 (four) cases of Violation of Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2012 concerning Public Order and the Environment.
  • 20 (twenty) cases of Violation of Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2013 concerning Disturbance Permits
  • 1 (one) case of Violation of Regional Regulation no. 8 of 2010 concerning the Implementation of Industry and Trade
  • 1 (one) case of Violation of Regional Regulation No. 11 of 2013 concerning the Implementation of Tourism

The Malang City Government imposed sanctions on violators with a total of 6 (six) defaults and a total fine of Rp 10.800.000. (say/yon)
