Currently, the awareness of the Indonesian people, especially workers, regarding protection against the risks of accidents that occur in work relationships is increasing.
In relation to this, the Malang City Education Office (Disdik) in collaboration with the Malang City Employment Social Security Agency (BPJS) held a dialogue and Socialization of Employment Social Security for Principals of State and Private Education Foundations - Elementary, Middle and Vocational Schools in Malang City which was held in the Meeting Room of Malang City Hall, Thursday (24/11).
This socialization was held with the aim of providing understanding to participants, especially teachers, regarding BPJS Employment and its various problems.
Present at this socialization were the Head of the Manpower and Transmigration Service (Disnakertrans) of Malang City, Ir. Bambang Suharijadi and the Head of Marketing for BPJS Employment Malang, Sulistijo N. Wirjawan.
In the speech of the Mayor of Malang read by the Head of the Malang City Manpower Office, Ir. Bambang Suharijadi, it was conveyed that after the event, hopefully the workforce can do their jobs with a sense of security and be able to increase work productivity.
"Hopefully, in the future, workers will be more protected, both in terms of safety and health. Because with a healthy workforce, work performance will increase, so that work productivity will also increase. The end result is to improve the welfare of the workforce." he continued. (say/yon)
